Second Reading of Proposed Chapter Constitution Revision
At our January chapter meeting, the second reading of our proposed Chapter Constitution revision began. Members in attendance reviewed Articles I-X, engaged in discussion, and proposed and acted upon amendments to the first ten articles. Please check your email for a copy of the proposed document that includes amendments acted upon at our January meeting (in red).
At our February meeting, that review and discussion will continue with the remaining articles, and any additional amendments will be acted upon.
Our Chapter Constitution is the document that governs us locally. This is your opportunity as members to have a say in the structure and functions of our chapter, in identifying the rights and responsibilities of the membership, and in identifying the responsibilities and authority given your elected leaders.
